Most products are made to order so returning and refunding isn't a possibility if the product is in perfect condition. If the product is somehow damaged during shipping I will repair it or replace it with a new one free of charge. In this case please send me images of the damaged product via email and we will discuss further there.

Ready-made products can be returned within 10 days after receiving the package. Customer will pay the shipping fees when returning. Refund will happen when the package is received to Kash & Hide's workshop.
